Hello and welcome to The Quilted Path.  My name is Sue Tierman; I live just south of Madison, WI in the small town of Oregon with my husband and two sons (9 and 5).  I was stung by the quilting bee at the age of 13 when I made my first quilt, a log cabin quilt, for my sister as a wedding present.   I still remember the huge sense of accomplishment I felt when I put the last stitch in, and I remember how touched my sister and brother-in-law were to receive such a work of love.   Quilts truly are gifts from the heart.  Let me help you turn your completed tops into finished quilts.  Then, they can be on their way to warm  the hearts and souls of your family and friends.

Hand Guided Longarm Machine Quilting

Quilts are finished on my APQS Millenium Longarm machine which features precise stitches-per-inch under hand driven control. I use Superior Threads because they are high quality, run extremely well on my machine and look beautiful on a finished quilt. I offer edge-to-edge pattern quilting; I have a variety of patterns to choose from. We can meet and discuss what pattern, thread and batting options are the best to showcase your quilt top.
